WHEN I COMPLETED MY BATHROOM RE MODEL I HAD A PERSONAL CARPENTER AND HE SAW YOU DID NOT PUT SHEETROCK UP ABOVE THE SHOWER AND LEFT CRUMBLED WET SHEET ROCK INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT...YOU DID A LOUSY JOB

YOU LEFT WET CRUMBLED SHEETROCK FROM THE SHOWER HEAD UP...I HAD A CARPENTER HERE TO FINISH MY BATHROOM AND HE PULLED OUT CRUMBLED WET SHEET ROCK YOU LEFT IN THE WALL THEN PUT THE NEW STUFF OVER THAT AND CHARGED 8,000...YOU PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS...LOUSY WORK...NO ONE SHOULD HIRE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE ***

Luxury Bath of Hamilton New Jersey

Luxury Bath of Hamilton New Jersey is not representing your company very well. They promise professional craftsmanship and deliver damage and overpriced careless work and do not care about customers after they have been paid and the job is done. They literally ended the relationship by hanging up on me.

Responsiveness, poor instillation, crummy customer service

The original $10K shower remodel was incompetent - it did not drain well and water seeped under the pan.. They came back to correct that error and made the shower floor worse - now it doesn't drain at all.

We have repeatedly called to get this fixed and have just gotten the run around and they admit forgetting about us. They were swift to take our money, just like other review, they charged the final amount before doing the job.

The material is great, that is why 2 stars instead of 1. Just not a professional job.

I was looking forward to bathroom redo with place flooring and toilet already bought by me .It was to take 1 1/2 days..The workers were great ..1st problem sitting in my living room heard water splashing above me then workman shouting for boss ..who was out in parking lot I ran to get him the bath pipes had been diconected water had not been turned off ...The main man then informed me everything would be done in one day..There was the problem ..It was a rush from start to finish in one day. Bath and shower .floor and toilet install.

The next day went into bedroom next to bath The skirting boards were pushed off by water that leaked during the failure to turn water off.

Also plank flooring where did not fit in was left with gaps filled in by sealant skirting board just left hanging ..I called to relate concern about boards off bedroom wall due water ..they came out just nailed it back..The bath surround in one place has 1/2 in gap in one place ..glue and sealant is used ..The bath surround is more pink biege Sierra Sand than the sample I was shown..I was shown off white cream ..No doubt these installers are capable workmen .but it was a rush job they worked hard but rushed. The cost $7,000 No not very happy ..The salesman have not seen or heard from him..

DID NOT HONOR LIFETIME WARRANTY

WE have a very old bathtub...that had seen its better days...we saw an add for luxury BATH.....that offered a lifetime warranty..we contacted them.They sent their SALES PERSON to our home...he took measurements,,of the bathtub and quoted a price of $2500 with a lifetime warranty...after some years...the tub CRACKED IN two different places places in the bottom.WE called them they sent the salesman out.HE said we cleaned it with an abrasive cleaner..we used SCRUBBY BUBBLES...LUXURY BATHS DENIED OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY.We called two other BATHTUB PROFESSIONALS who stated that the CRACKS WERE STRESS CRACKS CAUSED FROM THE LINER NOT FITTING THE orginal TUB....its been 3 years and the tub sits there with the same cracks...have not been able to use bathtub.....

On November 10, 2005 Luxury Bath installed a new tub liner over the existing tub coupled with a new wall system at your residence. There were no issues or requested service on the work completed by Luxury Bath until 2016 (11 years and 3 months after the installation was completed). Upon receiving the call from Mrs. Shultz regarding the liner being cracked, our local dealership scheduled a service appointment. During the visit it was determined that the cracks in the liner were from the non-approved cleaning solution “Scrubbing Bubbles” that you actually mentioned using in your review on the Consumer Affairs website.

On the contract you signed, it provides you a list of approved and non-approved cleaning solutions for acrylic products. We also provide this information for customers on the Luxury Bath website. https://www.luxurybath.com/about-us/care-maintenance/ On both your contract, and on the Cleaning Instructions page on our website it clearly states: Do Not Use – Scrubbing Bubbles*, and that the *Use of these chemicals will cause a dull surface and/or an easily recognizable chemical crack. This will void your product warranty.

Luxury Bath Corporate has offered to send the local dealership a new tub liner at no cost to you, but because the cleaning solution you used caused the cracks and voided the warranty, you would have to pay our local dealer’s installation/service charge to come out and install the new liner. You declined this offer. Luxury Bath provides a lifetime warranty on all of our products and our dealers across the country provide a warranty on the installation. We always stand behind our warranty, and even though in this case the cleaning solution you used voided the warranty, we offered to try and make things right.

Pet Friendly Installers

The installers were excellent and courteous.  They cleaned up after themselves every day.

They even worked through their lunch break one day to get finished and they were good with our dog Sadie.  Overall excellent!

Remodeled both our bathrooms with Luxury

We had two bathrooms to remodel and upgrade in our condo and are very satisfied with the outcome. From the beginning with our Design Consultant, coming to help us with the design and estimate to the installation team accomplishing our vision. Would highly recommend Luxury Bath to everyone.

I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you how happy we are with our new bathtub. It looks fantastic!

Your installers must have worked very efficiently as they were gone before my husband returned home from work. The other great part is that besides having a beautiful new bathtub we could not even tell there had been a construction project completed in our home.

From start to finish super satisfying job well done! You know how some people use the word amazing for not amazing things, well we got the right meaning of amazing thing right here.

Before my bathroom was small and lame, Ed parker the designer consultant made lame to insane, in a great way, I couldn't believe Mr. Jim and his team turn my Bathroom into a Real Luxury bathroom, I ask for a chair and a shelf for my speakers and phone and grab bars and more shelfs and big shower head and curtains rod .

This is a company that will not waste your time. Super fan of Jim & Ed and I feel like there friend not just a job, real 100% I wish I could show you pictures thanks Jim and Ed and Luxury Bath!

Luxury Bath kept us safe during COVID19

The crew at Luxury Bath did an incredible job replacing our old shower. They showed up on time and worked 10 hours to finish in one day.

Due to the coronavirus they wore masks and gloves and maintain a safe distance at all times. They also sprayed down everything they touched several times a day. The shower turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

I could not recommend them more. We also interviewed five companies from the home show and Luxury Bath gave us the best price for the quality we wanted.
